You have a strong background in financial analysis, with at least 5 years of experience in FP&A roles. Your expertise in budgeting and forecasting allows you to lead the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts effectively. You are skilled in analyzing variances between actuals and forecasts, providing clear explanations and actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. Your ability to create and present executive-level dashboards and presentations showcases your strong communication skills, making complex financial data accessible to stakeholders.

You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with department heads to align financial goals and improve operational efficiency. Your experience in performance monitoring enables you to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics, supporting leadership decisions with timely and accurate information. You are proactive in identifying cost-saving opportunities and providing financial guidance for new initiatives and investments.

Your analytical mindset is complemented by your proficiency in financial modeling, which you use to support strategic planning and scenario analysis. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, ensuring alignment with corporate goals. You will analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements, providing insights that inform strategic decisions. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining financial models to support long-range planning and scenario analysis, as well as creating executive-level dashboards and presentations that communicate key financial metrics.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing financial guidance and support for new initiatives and investments. Your role will involve tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics, ensuring that leadership has the information needed to make informed decisions. You will also support weekly sales and operational reporting, enhancing the visibility of financial performance across the organization.
