You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable negotiating deals to achieve your targets. You are results-oriented and have a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. You are adaptable and can tailor your approach to different stakeholders, ensuring that you effectively present Deliveroo's offerings. You are also open to feedback and continuously seek to improve your sales techniques.
As a Business Development Manager at Deliveroo, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in France. You will be responsible for prospecting and signing new restaurant partners, utilizing both phone and field sales techniques. You will generate a high volume of daily calls to feed your sales pipeline and will spend at least three days a week in the field to develop your territory. You will present and sell Deliveroo's offerings, adapting your sales pitch to each potential partner. You will manage the entire negotiation process, ensuring that you close deals effectively and meet your monthly objectives. After signing new partners, you will provide ongoing support to ensure their success with Deliveroo, maintaining regular communication and reporting in our CRM system.
