You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within the SaaS or digital product space. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients is paramount, as you will be the primary point of contact for FastSpring’s strategic accounts. You possess exceptional communication skills, allowing you to effectively educate clients on product offerings and set clear expectations for deliverables. You are adept at managing customer experiences and are driven by a desire to meet engagement, expansion, and retention targets. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at FastSpring, you will take ownership of the client relationship process for strategic accounts.
