You'll work cross-functionally to enhance user relationships and drive product adoption. This role requires experience in project management and familiarity with tools like Postman and Python.
You have a strong background in account management, ideally with 3+ years of experience in a technical role where you've built and maintained relationships with key stakeholders. Your operations-savvy mindset allows you to identify and eliminate process friction while continuing to build scalable processes. You possess strong organizational skills and a self-starting attitude, which enables you to manage multiple projects effectively. Experience in the payments industry is a plus, as it helps you understand the unique challenges faced by clients in this space.
You are comfortable working cross-functionally, collaborating with various teams to provide operational solutions on topics such as fraud, disputes, and product adoption. Your ability to foster long-term relationships with users not only grows loyalty to Stripe but also enhances the overall customer experience. You are proactive in identifying opportunity areas that can help businesses deliver more value to their customers and accelerate their growth with Stripe.
Familiarity with tools like xCode, Webhooks, and ETL processes will set you apart. You have a knack for project management, particularly in small to medium-scale projects, which allows you to navigate complex user needs and deliver tailored solutions. Your technical background enables you to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned on goals and expectations.
In this role, you will provide a Gold Standard Experience to your assigned accounts’ key stakeholders, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service and support. You will work closely with the wider Operations team to provide current state resources and knowledge, enabling a seamless experience across all teams interacting directly with users. Your goal is to foster long-term relationships that not only grow loyalty to Stripe but also enhance the overall value delivered to clients.
You will collaborate with internal teams and your users’ organizations to implement operational solutions that address various challenges, including fraud management, product adoption, and global expansion. By leveraging your technical expertise, you will help clients optimize their operations and maximize the benefits of using Stripe’s services. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations that drive success.
