Tennr is seeking a Senior Product Designer to tackle complex challenges in healthcare. You'll leverage your design expertise to improve patient referral processes. This role requires a strong ability to navigate ambiguity and create exceptional user experiences.
You have a strong background in product design, with at least 5 years of experience creating user-centered designs that solve complex problems. You thrive in environments where ambiguity is common, and you possess the skills to parse through it to deliver clear, impactful design solutions. Your passion for healthcare drives you to create experiences that improve patient outcomes, and you are eager to take ownership of your projects from concept to execution. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to ensure that your designs are not only visually appealing but also functional and user-friendly. You have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of design principles, which allows you to create intuitive interfaces that enhance user engagement.
Experience working in a startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with healthcare systems and user research methodologies. You are proficient in design tools such as Figma and have a portfolio that showcases your ability to create compelling user experiences. You are open to feedback and enjoy iterating on your designs based on user testing and stakeholder input.
As a Senior Product Designer at Tennr, you will take full design ownership across multiple project streams, focusing on reducing patient delays in the healthcare system. You will collaborate closely with the co-founders and other team members to inform the product roadmap and identify key problems to address. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to understand the needs of patients and healthcare providers, creating wireframes and prototypes to visualize your design concepts, and iterating on your designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders. You will also work on establishing design guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency across the product. Your role will involve building relationships with like-minded individuals in the Chelsea office, where you will contribute to a collaborative and innovative team culture.
