You'll leverage your project management expertise to ensure successful implementation of Axon's products. This role requires strong consulting skills and the ability to manage complex technical deployments.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in project management, ideally with experience in technical deployments and consulting. You understand the importance of customer engagement and have a knack for building relationships with corporate leaders and technology decision-makers. Your ability to assess deployment needs and provide tailored solutions is key to your success in this role. You thrive in environments where you can take ownership and drive real change, and you are passionate about enhancing organizational workflows and efficiencies through technology.

You are a trusted advisor who can navigate complex technical solutions and ensure that customers realize the full potential of Axon's products. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You are adaptable and can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all customer timelines are met with precision.

Desirable

Experience in the public safety or justice sectors would be a plus, as would familiarity with Axon's suite of products, including Evidence.com and body-worn cameras. A background in customer success or technical account management can also enhance your candidacy.

What you'll do

As a Professional Services Manager II at Axon, you will play a pivotal role in both pre-sale and post-sale activities. You will engage with corporate leaders and program managers to provide consulting services, conduct tests and evaluations, and assess deployment needs. You will manage the deployment of Axon's products, coordinating with various teams to facilitate successful implementations. This includes developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to meet customer expectations. You will also be responsible for training and supporting customers during the onboarding process, helping them to integrate Axon's solutions into their existing workflows.

In addition to managing deployments, you will gather feedback from customers to inform product improvements and enhancements. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping the future of Axon's offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the market.
