Overview

Samsara is hiring a Sales Contract Administrator to support the sales team in managing contracts and agreements. This role is fully remote and based in Mexico.

Job Description

Who you are

You have experience in sales operations or contract administration, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. You understand the importance of accuracy and compliance in contract management, ensuring that all agreements are processed efficiently and in accordance with company policies. You are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple contracts simultaneously without compromising quality. You are a proactive communicator, able to collaborate effectively with sales teams and other departments to facilitate smooth contract execution.

Desirable

Experience with contract management software or CRM systems is a plus. Familiarity with legal terminology and contract law will help you navigate the complexities of sales agreements. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities as needed.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing sales contracts, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
