Who you are

You have a minimum of 6 months of professional automotive parts experience and are eager to join Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer in U.S. history. As a Mid-Level Parts Associate, you are detail-oriented and capable of managing complex automotive parts inventory. You possess strong communication skills to effectively liaise with dealers and suppliers, ensuring smooth operations in sourcing and ordering parts. You are also comfortable managing parts returns and maintaining accurate inventory records.

You understand the importance of reconciliation and recording payments for parts, demonstrating your ability to handle financial transactions with precision. You are proactive in seeking solutions and improving processes, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team. You are a team player who values collaboration and is ready to support your colleagues in a high-tech environment.

Desirable

Experience with automotive parts management software or tools would be a plus, as well as familiarity with industry standards and practices. A valid driver’s license is required, and you should be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.

What you'll do

In your role as a Mid-Level Parts Associate at Carvana, you will be responsible for sourcing and ordering complex automotive parts, ensuring that our inventory is well-managed and up-to-date. You will communicate with dealers and suppliers to facilitate the procurement of parts, addressing any issues that may arise during the process. Managing parts returns will also be a key part of your responsibilities, as you work to maintain accurate records and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will play a crucial role in the reconciliation and recording of payments for parts, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. Your attention to detail will help prevent discrepancies and support the financial integrity of the parts department. You will also have the opportunity to utilize state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, enhancing your skills and contributing to the innovative environment at Carvana.
