As an Entry Level Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will embark on a structured training program that includes three weeks of classroom training followed by nine weeks of hands-on field coaching. You will learn the ins and outs of digital sales, equipping you with the skills necessary to excel in your role. You will engage with clients, build relationships, and drive sales through effective communication and understanding of their needs. Your role will involve a mix of remote work and in-field client visits, providing you with autonomy and variety in your day. You will have the opportunity to earn a base salary of $65,000 along with uncapped commissions, with on-target earnings projected to reach between $105,000 and $115,000 in your first year. You will also have a clear path for career growth and advancement, with many top performers starting right out of college.
