Google is seeking an Enterprise Field Sales Manager for their Google Cloud team in Bengaluru. You'll lead a team of Field Sales Representatives, managing customer relationships and driving sales strategies. This role requires 10 years of experience in cloud or software sales.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with a decade of experience in quota-carrying cloud or software sales or account management at a B2B software company. Your background includes leadership experience, such as people management, team lead, mentorship, or coaching. You excel in managing and leading teams, and you have experience working with cross-functional internal teams and external partners in complex implementation projects and negotiations. You possess the ability to manage business and commercial models while leading organizational transformations and delivering on results.
As an Enterprise Field Sales Manager at Google Cloud, you will manage a team of Field Sales Representatives who sell to both new and existing accounts. You will leverage existing Google Partners to create new opportunities and guide customers through the entire business cycle. Your role will involve representing your territory in business planning, town halls, and team meetings, while also reporting accurate and timely forecasting and business performance. You will travel to and present at customer meetings, conferences, and other related events as needed, acting as an advocate for Google Cloud, its products, and its customers.
