You have a proven track record in marketing management, with experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive member engagement. You are skilled in creating forecasts for marketing initiatives and identifying new opportunities to achieve enterprise goals. Your proactive problem-solving abilities and data monitoring skills enable you to champion marketing-led work streams that enhance retention and consumer experience. You possess strong leadership qualities, allowing you to effectively lead direct reports and influence others to achieve marketing objectives. You are adaptable and can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on achieving stated goals.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that align with Oscar's enterprise goals. You will lead initiatives that enhance member engagement and retention, utilizing your marketing expertise to create impactful strategies. You will work closely with the Associate Director of Product Marketing, reporting on the progress of marketing initiatives and making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding your team members, fostering a culture of growth and development within the marketing department. As a key player in the marketing team, you will contribute to the overall success of Oscar by delivering innovative marketing solutions that resonate with our members.
Oscar provides a competitive salary range of $103,200 - $135,450 per year, along with comprehensive employee benefits. You will have the opportunity to participate in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and be eligible for annual performance bonuses. The work environment is hybrid, requiring three days in the New York office each week, with flexibility for the remaining days.
