What you'll do

As a User Documentation Specialist at LAIKA, you will develop user-friendly application guides, product manuals, and visual documentation to support technology adoption across the organization. You will partner with training and development analysts to document new workflows, helping production teams master LAIKA’s tools effectively. Your role will involve collaborating with technology subject matter experts to translate complex, undocumented processes into clear software documentation that empowers users.

You will work closely with the Sr Technology Engagement & Development Manager to identify documentation gaps and refine strategies for improving the technical documentation system. Your responsibilities will include organizing and maintaining the Technology department’s documentation, ensuring that it is accessible and up-to-date for diverse user groups. You will also review and enhance existing technical documentation to ensure clarity and usability.

In addition, you will assist in crafting user communications about system updates, outages, and process changes, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and equipped to adapt to new information. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the overall user experience and supporting the innovative work at LAIKA.
