Overview

Saronic Technologies is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead shipyard optimization efforts. You'll be responsible for defining shipbuilding strategies and ensuring alignment of facilities and operations. This role requires expertise in manufacturing engineering and operational flow.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in shipyard operations and optimization, with a strong background in manufacturing engineering and facility architecture. Your expertise allows you to serve as a technical authority, guiding the build strategy and ensuring that production systems are efficient and effective. You understand the importance of aligning facility design with production logic, ensuring that operations are streamlined and throughput-driven.

You possess a deep understanding of automation integration and operational flow, allowing you to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions. Your ability to analyze complex systems and processes enables you to make informed decisions that enhance productivity and efficiency. You are a collaborative leader, capable of working with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Desirable

Experience in maritime operations or related industries is a plus, as is familiarity with autonomous systems and intelligent platforms. You are comfortable navigating the challenges of shipbuilding and have a proven track record of optimizing production processes.
