You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly within the utilities, telecom, or rail industries. Your experience with geospatial technology allows you to articulate the value of Esri's solutions effectively. You inspire and motivate your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and success. Your coaching skills enable you to mentor team members, providing them with clear direction and regular feedback to enhance their performance. You understand the complexities of account management and are adept at building relationships with key stakeholders in large organizations.
You possess advanced knowledge of the electric or gas utility, telecom, or rail sectors, which you leverage to develop location strategies that drive business growth. Your ability to engage with executive-level decision-makers is a key strength, allowing you to identify new opportunities for Esri technology adoption. You thrive in environments where you can cultivate a virtual team to support sales objectives and generate results.
Desirable
Experience in presenting at trade shows, workshops, and seminars is a plus, as is familiarity with the latest trends in geospatial technology. You are comfortable navigating complex customer needs and can articulate how Esri's solutions can address their challenges.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a team responsible for managing sales activities across various stages of the account management process. You will empower your team by providing strategic direction and mentoring them through active coaching. Your responsibilities will include prospecting and developing location strategies for large, complex organizations, as well as creating and leading opportunities within high-level lines of business. You will actively participate in trade shows and workshops, showcasing Esri's technology and its applications.
You will work closely with your team to optimize and expand the adoption of Esri technology among new and existing customers. By identifying new areas of growth, you will help your team deliver on their mission to provide exceptional service and support to clients. Your role will also involve building strong relationships with key stakeholders and gaining access to executive decision-makers within organizations.
