Box is seeking a Scaled Customer Success Manager for the Public Sector to nurture customer relationships and drive user adoption. This role requires strong engagement skills and a focus on customer retention.
You have a proven track record in customer success, particularly in the public sector, where you've successfully managed relationships and driven user adoption at scale. Your ability to engage with customers post-sales is key to ensuring they derive maximum value from the platform. Regular check-ins with customers will be part of your routine, allowing you to gather feedback and address any concerns proactively. You will also analyze customer usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that you are always aligned with customer needs and expectations.
Your role will involve creating and delivering training sessions and resources to help customers maximize their use of the platform. You will be a trusted advisor, guiding customers through best practices and helping them navigate challenges as they arise.
At Box, we offer a competitive salary range of $81,000 to $101,500 USD, along with equity and comprehensive benefits.
