You have a strong background in managing disputes and chargebacks, ideally within the payments or financial services industry. What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full disputes and chargebacks lifecycle, from intake and investigation through submission and resolution. You will manage and file disputes with card networks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. You will analyze dispute trends and work on strategies to minimize chargebacks. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help develop processes that enhance customer experience while mitigating risks. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation related to disputes and chargebacks. Your role will involve continuous improvement efforts to streamline operations and enhance the overall efficiency of the dispute management process.
