What You’ll Do
* Design AI-powered agents using the latest technologies such as MCP
* Build AI systems that make smart decisions and amplify the work of Finance analysts.
* Create reusable AI components that adapt, learn, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
* Evangelize our AI and Agent technology across FGBS and Amazon.
* Deliver secure, globally scalable systems that run flawlessly 24x7.
* Partner with PMs and ML scientists to turn ideas into production—bridging research with real-world impact.
* Mentor engineers and set the bar for quality, security, and scalability.
* Drive externalization of internal tools into customer-facing SaaS solutions with global reach.
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
- Experience leading and influencing your team or organization
- Self-directed, ability to multi-task, sharp analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively in a dynamic environment- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence
- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs
