Who you are

You have a proven track record of managing complex, global-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders — your experience in sales or process architecture roles has equipped you with the skills to navigate ambiguity and drive results. You possess extensive problem-solving and analytical experience, particularly in addressing operational challenges in a sales-oriented environment. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, is a plus, as is a passion for continuous learning and improvement for yourself and your team.

You thrive in collaborative environments and have demonstrated success in engaging cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Data Science, and Finance. Your ability to define and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) will be crucial in measuring the success of go-to-market tools and processes, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.

What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on improving the tools, systems, and processes that support Stripe's go-to-market teams. You will drive operational rigor through regular collaborative progress reviews and continuous communication with stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include defining KPIs to measure success, regularly reviewing them for relevance, and ensuring that the tools and processes in place are optimized for productivity and efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with various teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your analytical skills will be essential in addressing challenges and ensuring that the go-to-market strategies are effective and aligned with Stripe's mission. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clear line of communication with all stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is informed and engaged in the process.
