Fivetran is seeking a Director of Business Development for Enterprise in North America to lead and scale their Sales Development organization. This role requires strong leadership and operational skills to drive pipeline and talent development.
You have a proven track record in business development, particularly in the enterprise sector, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams and driving sales strategies. Your leadership style fosters a high-performing, metrics-driven culture that aligns with company objectives. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure cohesive execution of go-to-market strategies. You are adept at translating complex business goals into actionable plans, ensuring your team consistently meets or exceeds performance targets. Your operational rigor and analytical mindset enable you to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions. You are passionate about developing talent and mentoring the next generation of go-to-market leaders, creating an environment where team members can thrive and grow.
Experience in data integration or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with the modern data stack. You understand the nuances of the North American market and have a network of contacts that can help accelerate business growth. A background in sales development or account management will enhance your ability to lead effectively in this role.
