Block is seeking a Product Manager for their Supply Chain team to work with senior business stakeholders and define strategies for transforming Hardware Supply Chain systems. This role requires strong collaboration and strategic thinking skills.
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in supply chain or operations. You understand the complexities of managing cross-functional teams and can effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Your analytical skills allow you to define metrics and track progress, ensuring that product goals align with business objectives. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on delivering value to customers. You have a collaborative mindset and enjoy working with diverse teams to drive product success.
Experience in hardware supply chain management or related fields is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development processes will help you thrive in this role. A background in data analysis or experience with supply chain software tools would be beneficial.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy for Hardware Supply Chain systems. You will collaborate with senior business stakeholders across supply chain, procurement, planning, and factory operations to gather requirements and understand their needs. You will lead the product development process, from ideation to execution, ensuring that the solutions you develop meet the needs of our sellers and enhance their operational efficiency. You will prioritize features based on business impact and user feedback, and work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and competitor offerings to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.
