What you'll do

As the Quality Control Lead, you will manage the movement of vehicles into and out of the Inspection Center, ensuring that all processes are conducted safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly production goals while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will oversee the day-to-day activities of your team, identifying strengths and weaknesses and implementing strategies for improvement. Engaging with your team will be crucial, as you will provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for reporting on production metrics and quality outcomes to upper management, ensuring transparency and accountability in your operations.
