Who you are

You have 2+ years of experience in software development or technical support, demonstrating a strong ability to troubleshoot and debug technical systems. Your scripting skills in modern programming languages allow you to automate processes effectively, enhancing developer productivity. You possess a solid understanding of web services, distributed systems, and web application development, which equips you to manage and build tech solutions that empower customers. Your organizational skills enable you to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism under pressure. You are detail-oriented and can identify potential problems before they occur, implementing solutions that prevent outages. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with customers and ensuring their needs are met.

Desirable

Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining hardware and software RAID systems is a plus, as is familiarity with XML and JSON data formats. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred, but your practical experience and problem-solving skills are what truly matter.
