What you'll do

As the Principal Product Manager for Search at Axon, you will lead the design and evolution of the DEMS Search product, ensuring it meets the needs of public safety agencies. You will work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on user feedback and market research. Your role will involve conducting user research to understand pain points and opportunities for improvement in the search experience. You will also be responsible for setting success metrics and analyzing product performance to inform future iterations. Collaboration is key, as you will partner with various teams to align on product vision and execution. You will mentor junior product managers and contribute to building a strong product culture within the organization.
