Deel is seeking a Senior HR Implementation Manager for the APAC region to lead the implementation of their all-in-one payroll and HR platform. This role requires expertise in HRIS and compliance management, focusing on transforming how global talent connects with companies.
You have extensive experience in HR implementation and management, ideally with a focus on payroll systems and compliance. Your background includes working with diverse teams across multiple regions, particularly in the APAC area, and you understand the complexities of global HR operations. You are adept at using HRIS platforms and have a strong grasp of local labor laws and regulations. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You are passionate about creating inclusive workplaces and have a track record of driving initiatives that promote diversity and equity in hiring practices. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all implementations are completed on time and within budget.
Experience with SaaS platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-powered HR tools. You may have worked in a startup environment, where agility and innovation are key. A background in data analysis and reporting will help you measure the success of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
In this role, you will lead the implementation of Deel's HR platform across the APAC region, ensuring that all systems are tailored to meet local needs and compliance requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to enhance the platform's capabilities and user experience. Your responsibilities will include training HR teams on the new systems, providing ongoing support, and gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining documentation related to HR processes and compliance standards. As a senior member of the team, you will mentor junior HR staff and contribute to strategic planning for HR initiatives that align with Deel's mission to unlock global opportunities.
