Stripe is seeking a Business Recruiter on a fixed-term contract to enhance their corporate functions across EMEA. You'll oversee full-cycle recruiting and shape hiring strategies while utilizing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Slack. This role requires a consultative approach and strong knowledge of recruiting analytics.
You are a consultative and creative recruiter with experience in full-cycle recruiting — you excel in understanding hiring objectives and driving effective recruiting strategies. Your strong working knowledge of recruiting analytics and reporting tools enables you to drive data-informed hiring strategies effectively.
You have experience leveraging sourcing and CRM tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem to build and manage talent pipelines — you are adept at optimizing workflows for scale and quickly adopting new recruiting technologies. Your familiarity with scheduling, communication, and collaboration tools like GoodTime and G Suite enhances your ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
In this role, you will partner with various internal stakeholders to understand their hiring objectives and drive recruiting strategies to meet headcount goals. You will oversee the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience throughout. Your responsibilities will include shaping hiring strategies that align with the company's mission and values, as well as collaborating closely with recruiting analytics to report on hiring progress.
You will be responsible for building and managing talent pipelines, utilizing your expertise in sourcing and CRM tools to identify and engage potential candidates.
