Overview

Celigo is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development to define and execute their alliances strategy, focusing on ISV and strategic SaaS partnerships. This role requires strong leadership and strategic planning skills to drive measurable growth.

Job Description

Who you are

You have extensive experience in business development, particularly in forming strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth. Your background includes defining and executing successful alliance strategies, with a focus on ISV and SaaS partnerships. You understand the integration landscape and can navigate complex ecosystems to expand business influence.

You possess strong leadership skills, having built and scaled high-performing teams in previous roles. Your ability to triage existing relationships and develop strategic plans for growth will be crucial in this position. You are data-driven and can measure the impact of partnerships on pipeline growth and revenue.

You are a strategic thinker who balances immediate revenue-driving initiatives with long-term partnership goals. Your communication skills enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align on partnership strategies.

Desirable

Experience in the integration platform as a service (iPaaS) industry is a plus. Familiarity with AI-driven tools and prebuilt integrations will help you understand Celigo's unique offerings better. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing business needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define Celigo's ISV and SaaS partner strategy, focusing on alliances that create tangible revenue impact and long-term strategic value. You will drive measurable pipeline influence and sourcing through co-sell motions, joint go-to-market programs, and strategic partnerships. Your leadership will be pivotal in expanding Celigo's influence within the ecosystem.

You will initially focus on triaging existing relationships and developing a strategic plan for growth. Once the strategy is established, you will have the opportunity to build and scale a high-performing Business Development organization. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing sourced and influenced pipeline, laying the foundation for long-term partnerships that can transform the business.
