Teya is seeking a Sales Support Agent to join their Customer Operations team in London. You'll assist independent sellers and their merchants through various communication channels, providing education about products and resolving requests.
You are a motivated individual with a passion for customer service and a desire to support small, local businesses. In this role, you will be part of an energetic Customer Operations team dedicated to providing world-class service. You will support over 250 independent sellers across the UK, assisting them and their merchants with inquiries and product education. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer requests, educating sellers about Teya's products, and ensuring a seamless experience for all users. You will work closely with your team to continuously improve service delivery and contribute to the overall mission of empowering small businesses.
