Amazon is hiring an Employee Relations Manager to support the North American Employee Relations team in ensuring fair and respectful treatment of employees. This role requires expertise in employee and labor relations, excellent judgment, and strong analytical skills.
You have a strong background in employee relations, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence field operations managers and human resources. Your expertise in analyzing employee feedback allows you to identify risks and gaps effectively. You possess excellent judgment and highly-developed analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, making you comfortable presenting to senior leaders and communicating with frontline employees. You are a strong project manager, capable of balancing time between proactive projects and reactive crisis-response situations. Your experience in creating and sustaining positive workplace relations programs is essential for this role.
Experience in crisis management and the ability to work under severe time constraints is a plus. Familiarity with training design and conducting positive workplace relations training will enhance your effectiveness in this position.
As an Employee Relations Manager at Amazon, you will support the North American Employee Relations team by ensuring that employees are treated fairly and respectfully. You will collaborate with field operations managers and human resources to analyze employee feedback and identify areas for improvement.
