Amazon Studios is the movies and television development and production arm of Amazon. It is our role to produce original content and license studio programs worldwide in exclusive service of Amazon’s Prime Video customers. We need your passion, innovative ideas, and creativity to help take us to new heights.

Amazon Studios is seeking an Executive Assistant for Amazon Studios Theatrical Marketing in London. We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, organized planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility. The candidate will possess excellent judgement and can succeed with minimal guidance or supervision, skilled at anticipating problems and managing multiple priorities/ global scheduling needs. The candidate will be good at building strong relationships with the assistant body across Prime Video and Amazon Studios.

The candidate will be an experienced, detail oriented, organized planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility. An ability to effectively partner with stakeholders and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment is essential. The candidate will possess the ability to succeed with minimal guidance or supervision, anticipate problems, and manage multiple priorities

Key job responsibilities
• Develop day-to-day scheduling and prioritization of activities, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts
• Phone calls and messaging
• Help plan domestic & international travel itineraries and process expenses
• Organise events and group communications
• Administrative support, including organizing documents, meeting preparation, supply ordering, and purchase orders
• Track and drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on pending items
• Meeting and greeting internal and external guests
- Experience with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination- Experience with end-to-end project management
- • Bachelor's degree
- • Experience handling administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed
- • Entertainment Industry Experience
- • Superior verbal and written communication skills
- • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- • Excellent organization, multi-tasking and communications skills
- • Strong motivation and ability to take initiative with little direction.
- • Excellent judgement instincts dealing with high-level problems
