What you'll do

As the Senior Americas Site Manager, you will oversee the management and operation of Apple’s corporate and R&D facilities throughout the Americas. You will lead a team of seasoned professionals responsible for site management across various locations, ensuring that over 29 million square feet of space is operated efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies to enhance workplace services and facilities management, focusing on delivering high-quality results at the best value. You will also be responsible for driving sustainability initiatives aimed at reducing the environmental impact of Apple facilities, including managing commute and renewable energy programs.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all facilities meet the highest standards of safety and operational excellence. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the facilities management team. You will also be tasked with managing capital construction projects, ensuring they align with Apple’s strategic goals and sustainability objectives.
