Solidcore is seeking a Head Coach & Community Manager to lead their studio in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. You'll be responsible for coaching classes and developing other coaches while promoting the Solidcore brand. This role requires strong leadership and coaching skills.
You are an experienced coach with a passion for fitness and community building. You have a proven track record of leading teams and delivering exceptional experiences in a boutique fitness environment. Your ability to inspire and motivate others is evident in your coaching style, and you are committed to fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere for both clients and staff. You understand the importance of feedback and development, and you take pride in helping others grow in their roles. You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
Experience in a leadership role within the fitness industry is a plus. You may have certifications in coaching or fitness training that enhance your credibility. A background in community engagement or marketing can also be beneficial as you work to promote the Solidcore brand and attract new clients.
As the Head Coach & Community Manager, you will lead by example, coaching an average of eight classes per week while setting the standard for other coaches. You will be responsible for developing and mentoring your team, providing consistent feedback and support during new coach trainings. Your role will involve creating a welcoming and motivating environment for clients, ensuring that they receive the best possible experience during their workouts. You will collaborate with the Area Manager to implement strategies that drive studio success and growth, aligning with Solidcore's mission to be the fastest growing boutique fitness studio. You will also engage with the community, building relationships that foster loyalty and encourage new memberships.
