If you hold an advanced degree, you may qualify with just 1 year of experience. You have a strong background in building developer tools such as compilers, automated releases, and test automation frameworks, which are essential for improving developer velocity and code quality.

Your experience includes working in an Android development environment for at least 1 year, and you have a proven track record of collaborating in cross-functional organizations. You are versatile and display leadership qualities, ready to tackle new challenges across the full-stack as technology evolves. You are enthusiastic about contributing to projects that are critical to Google’s needs and are eager to bring fresh ideas from various technical fields.

Desirable

A Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields is preferred, as well as additional experience in building tools that enhance code health and developer productivity. You are comfortable with best practices in software development, including style guidelines, code accuracy, and testability, and you have a knack for debugging and resolving product or system issues effectively.
