You have a solid technical grounding and experience in customer-facing roles, ideally with a background in IT operations or technical support. You are fluent in either German or Spanish, allowing you to effectively communicate with a diverse client base. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy building relationships with clients and internal teams alike.

You understand the importance of customer advocacy and are committed to helping clients achieve their goals. Your experience in conducting business reviews and providing insights into product adoption will be invaluable in this role. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are comfortable suggesting process changes and additional features to meet customer needs. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of technical solutions, making you a trusted advisor for clients.

Desirable

Experience with Datadog's suite of products is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud-based solutions and monitoring tools. A background in IT operations or software development can enhance your ability to provide effective guidance to clients. What you'll do

As a Technical Account Manager at Datadog, you will advise clients on technical support and product adoption, ensuring they derive maximum value from the solutions provided. You will analyze customer IT operations environments regularly, providing recommendations that align with their goals and use cases. Your role will involve preparing for and participating in Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, where you will present insights and strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and product usage.
