What you'll do

As the Expansion Lead at Lalamove, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy, focusing on launching new markets and ensuring operational success. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire launch process, from validating market opportunities to executing operational plans. This includes acquiring our first drivers and users, establishing core operational processes, and building a sustainable ecosystem that supports scalable growth.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and technology, to ensure alignment and effective execution of our expansion strategy. Your role will involve frequent business travel to new markets, where you will engage with local teams and stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges. You will also monitor market performance and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve our growth objectives.

In addition to launching new markets, you will be responsible for developing and implementing best practices that can be replicated across different regions. You will analyze market data and user feedback to continuously improve our offerings and operational processes.
