You have a solid background in IT support, with experience in diagnosing and resolving network and security issues. Your understanding of security protocols and compliance standards, such as SOX and ISO, allows you to ensure that the company's IT systems are secure and efficient. Desirable

Experience with cloud environments and data governance is a plus. Familiarity with Microsoft, Google, and Salesforce collaboration tools will help you excel in this role. What you'll do

As an IT Security Administrator at AvePoint, you will be responsible for investigating and diagnosing network and security events, ensuring that all systems are secure and compliant with industry standards. You will collect IT usage data and analyze it to make informed recommendations for improving the company's IT infrastructure. Your role will involve routine configuration and installation of IT solutions, as well as assisting with various IT audits. You will also be involved in setting up virtual machines and managing user accounts, ensuring that new employees have the necessary access to perform their roles effectively. Your ability to resolve common software and hardware issues will be crucial in maintaining a smooth operational environment. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of security awareness among employees, helping them understand the importance of following best practices in IT security.
