AvePoint is seeking an IT Security Administrator to support IT team members and manage security events. You'll work with network devices and virtual machines, ensuring security and compliance. This role requires experience in IT support and security management.
You have a solid background in IT support, with experience in diagnosing and resolving network and security issues. You enjoy collaborating with team members and have a knack for helping employees with various IT requests, from setting up network devices to troubleshooting software and hardware problems. Your understanding of security protocols and compliance standards, such as SOX and ISO, allows you to ensure that the company's IT systems are secure and efficient. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to enhance IT operations.
Experience with cloud environments and data governance is a plus. Familiarity with Microsoft, Google, and Salesforce collaboration tools will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on security and user support.
