What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a seamless experience from start to finish. Your role will involve answering questions, providing information about our services, and assisting customers with any issues they may encounter. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community initiatives, helping to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. Your shifts will vary, requiring flexibility to work from 7am to 9pm, including weekends. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and customer satisfaction.
