What you'll do

As a Business Development Manager at Fresha, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving growth within the beauty and wellness sector. You will collaborate with various teams to develop strategies that enhance customer acquisition and retention. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions. You will also engage with existing clients to understand their needs and ensure they are maximizing the benefits of the Fresha platform. Additionally, you will work on initiatives that promote the Fresha brand and its offerings, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. You will be expected to report on performance metrics and provide insights that drive continuous improvement in business operations.

What we offer

Fresha offers a competitive salary ranging from EUR 45,000 to 50,000 OTE, depending on experience. You will work in a collaborative office environment four days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely one day a week.
