You are a skilled and detail-oriented Proposal Manager with a strong background in supporting NAVSEA, broader Navy customers, DIU, or similar DoD acquisition organizations. You thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes proposal environments and understand the rigor and expectations of Navy and defense procurement. Your experience allows you to lead the full proposal lifecycle effectively, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment with mission needs.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to unite cross-functional teams, including engineering, mission operations, finance, contracts, and executive leadership. You are proactive and detail-oriented, ensuring that every proposal you manage is compelling and stands out in competitive federal environments. Your ability to navigate complex requirements and collaborate with diverse teams is key to your success in this role.

Desirable

Experience in maritime autonomy or related fields is a plus, as is familiarity with federal procurement processes. You are comfortable working under pressure and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and compliance.

What you'll do
