You have a strong background in digital marketing, particularly in programmatic media, with at least 3-5 years of experience in managing campaigns. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to make data-driven decisions that enhance campaign performance. You understand the nuances of customer acquisition and have a customer-centric approach to your work. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with media partners and internal teams to achieve shared goals. Your communication skills are excellent, enabling you to articulate strategies and results effectively to stakeholders. You are adaptable and eager to learn, always looking for innovative ways to improve processes and outcomes.

Desirable

Experience with CTV advertising is a plus, as is familiarity with various programmatic platforms. A background in the pet industry or direct-to-consumer businesses would be advantageous, giving you insights into customer behavior and preferences in this niche market.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the Head of Media in owning and scaling The Farmers Dog's programmatic video campaigns. Your primary focus will be on CTV, where you will develop strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. You will collaborate with media partners to execute campaigns effectively, ensuring that they meet performance benchmarks. Analyzing data will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you will need to assess campaign performance and make recommendations for optimization. You will also work closely with the marketing team to align messaging and creative assets with campaign goals. Regular reporting on campaign performance will be expected, providing insights that drive future strategies. You will stay updated on industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance campaign effectiveness.
