Grafana is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive, Growth to drive business growth across the Southeast region. You'll be responsible for prospecting and nurturing existing customer relationships. This role requires a consultative sales approach and experience in managing forecasts.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, and understand the nuances of consultative selling. You thrive in a remote-first culture and are comfortable working independently while collaborating with a diverse team. Your ability to build relationships and understand customer needs is paramount, as you will be responsible for nurturing and growing existing accounts. You are data-driven, capable of managing forecasts, and tracking customer data effectively. You are adaptable and open to learning, recognizing that not every requirement needs to be met to apply.
Experience in the tech industry, particularly with open-source tools or observability solutions, would be a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is also beneficial.
