Affinitiv is seeking an Automotive OEM Field Account Manager to support Subaru dealerships in Atlanta. You'll be responsible for training dealership personnel and ensuring program participation. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and knowledge of the automotive industry.
You have a background in account management, ideally within the automotive industry, and possess strong communication skills that enable you to build lasting relationships with dealership personnel. You understand the intricacies of dealership operations and OEM standards, allowing you to effectively support and educate dealers on marketing software solutions. Your experience includes training teams and ensuring program compliance, which is crucial for the success of the Subaru Care Connect program.
You are proactive and results-driven, with a knack for identifying opportunities to enhance dealership participation in marketing initiatives. Your ability to travel within the assigned territory demonstrates your commitment to fostering strong partnerships with Subaru dealerships. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with both dealership staff and the Subaru field force to drive program success.
Experience in the automotive marketing sector is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven marketing strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for enrolling and maintaining Subaru dealers in the program, ensuring they are well-informed about program processes and updates. Your role will involve assisting dealers in selecting and launching individual and quarterly marketing programs, ensuring they understand the benefits and features of the program.
You will develop and maintain strong relationships with dealership personnel, acting as their primary point of contact for any questions or concerns regarding the program. Your ability to communicate effectively will be key in facilitating ongoing business relationships with the Subaru field force and the dealerships in your territory. You will also be responsible for tracking program participation and providing feedback to improve the overall effectiveness of the marketing initiatives.
