What you'll do

In this pivotal role, you will lead the Talent Management and Development function at Flex, focusing on designing and executing a comprehensive strategy to cultivate, develop, and retain top talent. You will oversee the evolution of the onboarding experience, ensuring that new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture and equipped with the necessary tools for success. Implementing manager training programs will be a key responsibility, as you work to enhance the skills and capabilities of leaders across the organization.

You will utilize data-driven insights to identify talent needs and measure the effectiveness of various programs. This will involve collaborating with different departments to understand their specific challenges and requirements, allowing you to tailor solutions that drive engagement and performance. Your role will also include building robust leadership programs that prepare employees for future roles within the company, fostering a culture of growth and development.

As a strategic partner to the business, you will be involved in discussions around workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies, ensuring that Flex attracts and retains the best talent in the industry.
