Zenoti is hiring an Implementation Consultant to configure and design solutions for clients in the beauty and wellness industry. You'll work closely with customers to streamline their business processes using Zenoti's cloud-based software. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and experience in client-facing positions.
You have a strong background in consulting or client-facing roles, ideally with experience in implementing software solutions. You understand the beauty and wellness industry and can effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and challenges. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for problem-solving, ensuring that the solutions you design meet customer requirements.
You are comfortable working with cloud-based software and have a good understanding of how to configure systems to optimize business processes. Your ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks will help you succeed in this role. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve common goals.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies would be a plus. Familiarity with the beauty and wellness industry can help you relate better to clients and understand their specific needs. You are open to learning new technologies and adapting to changes in the industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for configuring Zenoti's software to align with customer business processes.
