Grammarly is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Product Operations & Product Marketing to connect product strategy with go-to-market execution. You'll influence teams to ensure successful product launches across a multi-product organization.

You have extensive experience in program management, particularly in product operations and marketing, with a proven track record of successfully launching products in a multi-product environment. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with product, marketing, and leadership teams to drive strategic clarity and operational excellence. Your strong communication skills enable you to influence stakeholders effectively, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the product launch process. You are adept at creating operational playbooks and processes that streamline product development from roadmap to launch, helping teams maintain focus and speed.

You understand the importance of fostering a strong team culture and are committed to building trust and innovation within your team. You are comfortable in a hybrid working model, balancing focus time with in-person collaboration to achieve the best outcomes. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess the impact of product launches and make data-driven decisions that enhance overall performance. You are passionate about leveraging AI and technology to unlock potential and improve productivity for users worldwide.

Desirable

Experience in AI-driven products or platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with integrating multiple applications and services. You may have a background in marketing or product management, which complements your program management skills.
