Overview

Datadog is seeking a Field Enablement Manager to support their Sales and Customer Success teams in LATAM. You'll be responsible for delivering enablement programs tailored to local needs, particularly in Brazil and Mexico. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and adaptability to regional dynamics.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in enablement or training, ideally within a sales or customer success context — your experience has equipped you with the skills to develop and deliver effective training programs that resonate with diverse teams. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure that enablement initiatives align with both local and global strategies. Your ability to adapt content and approaches to meet regional needs is a key strength, allowing you to effectively engage with teams across different cultures and languages.

You are an independent operator who enjoys building relationships in the field — your interpersonal skills enable you to connect with sales and customer success teams, understanding their unique challenges and providing tailored support. You are comfortable navigating the complexities of a growing market, particularly in LATAM, and are eager to contribute to the establishment of enablement practices that drive performance.

Your fluency in both Spanish and Portuguese is essential for this role, as you will be supporting teams across Brazil and Mexico, as well as Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking sellers in North America. You understand the nuances of language and culture, and you leverage this knowledge to create impactful training experiences that resonate with your audience.

Desirable

Experience in a fast-growing tech company or a similar environment would be beneficial — you understand the dynamics of scaling teams and the importance of effective enablement in driving success. Familiarity with sales methodologies and customer success best practices will enhance your ability to deliver relevant training and support.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing enablement programs tailored to the needs of Datadog’s Sales and Customer Success teams in LATAM. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including Product Marketing and Operations, to ensure that training materials are relevant and effective. Your focus will be on delivering ongoing ramp and everboarding enablement, ensuring that teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.

You will serve as a trusted partner to the field, providing support and guidance to sellers and customer success managers as they navigate the unique challenges of the LATAM market. Your ability to adapt global enablement programs to fit local contexts will be crucial in ensuring that initiatives translate into real performance in the field.

You will also be responsible for tracking the effectiveness of enablement programs, gathering feedback from participants, and continuously refining content to meet evolving needs. Your insights will help shape the future of enablement at Datadog, contributing to the overall success of the organization in LATAM.

What we offer

Datadog offers a dynamic work environment where you can make a significant impact as the first Field Enablement Manager in LATAM. You will have the opportunity to shape enablement practices and contribute to the growth of the organization in a rapidly expanding market. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement — your passion for enablement and commitment to supporting teams will be valued.

Join us at Datadog, where you will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to driving success for our Sales and Customer Success teams. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
