NICE is seeking a Senior Account Executive in the Healthcare sector to drive sales and build strategic relationships. You'll leverage your extensive experience in software sales to achieve revenue goals and negotiate enterprise agreements. This role requires 10+ years of experience in a hunter-type sales position.
You have over 10 years of experience in sales, particularly in the software industry, where you've successfully navigated complex sales cycles and built strong relationships with clients. Your background includes a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and developing strategic partnerships, especially within the healthcare sector. You thrive in a hunter-type role, actively seeking new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships. Your ability to analyze customer needs and identify technological advancements allows you to propose tailored solutions that drive business growth. You are comfortable negotiating enterprise-wide agreements and have experience working with C-level executives to align solutions with their business objectives.
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, as is familiarity with contact center solutions. You are adept at using CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer relationships effectively. Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively. You are a self-starter who is motivated by challenges and is eager to contribute to a high-performing sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for seeking and maintaining relationships with NICE customers, focusing on the healthcare industry. You will identify new sales opportunities and work to increase market share in your designated region. Achieving your annual sales quota will be a key focus, and you will coordinate all sales activities to meet business goals. You will ensure that the proposed sales solutions leverage NICE CXone Mpower's strengths and can be implemented successfully. Establishing new strategic relationships while nurturing existing ones will be crucial to your success. You will analyze customer business situations to identify constraints and new opportunities, driven by technological advances. Your role will involve initiating, supporting, developing, and monitoring purchasing agreements between NICE CXone Mpower and customers, ensuring alignment with their needs and objectives.
