SpaceX is hiring a Production Coordinator for their Test Fabrication & Support team to ensure timely delivery of components in a high-stakes aerospace manufacturing environment. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate across various teams.

Your attention to detail ensures that you maintain data integrity and optimize logistics effectively. You understand the importance of collaboration across various teams, including planning, procurement, engineering, production, and testing. You are committed to adhering to safety standards and SpaceX specifications in all your tasks.
As a Production Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Supply Chain team by monitoring, tracking, and coordinating parts, workflows, and schedules. You will create inventory requests based on production work orders and replacement parts, ensuring that all components are delivered on time. Your responsibilities will include handling the physical movement of parts across various departments, verifying received materials for conformity, and performing de-kitting operations. You will also manage the return to stock process and support inventory personnel with return to stock and purge actions. Maintaining production schedules will be a key part of your role, as you work to ensure that all teams have the resources they need to succeed.
