Dialpad is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the Workforce Management product domain. You'll collaborate with product managers and designers to build scalable cloud infrastructure. This role requires strong expertise in Java and cloud technologies.
You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on building scalable cloud-based applications. Your expertise in Java allows you to design and implement robust solutions that meet high performance and reliability standards. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products. Your leadership skills enable you to guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. You are driven by a passion for technology and a desire to make a difference in customer communications. You possess a curious mindset, always seeking to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven technologies. You are comfortable working in an agile environment and have a track record of successfully delivering projects on time. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders will be invaluable in this role.
As a Staff Software Engineer at Dialpad, you will take ownership of the Workforce Management product domain, leading the design and development of new features and enhancements.
