What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer at Dialpad, you will take ownership of the Workforce Management product domain, leading the design and development of new features and enhancements. You will collaborate with product managers and designers to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements. Your role will involve architecting scalable solutions that leverage cloud infrastructure, ensuring that our products are reliable and performant.
