Zeeco is seeking a Talent Development Coordinator to drive professional development across the organization. You'll manage training programs and ensure employees have the necessary skills for success. This role requires experience in talent development and coordination.
You are an enthusiastic and experienced professional in talent development, ready to join Zeeco's team. You understand the importance of driving professional development across all levels of the organization, from entry-level professionals to executive management. Your experience in managing training programs and facilitating engaging learning experiences sets you apart. You are skilled in tracking and documenting employee training progress, ensuring compliance and measuring program effectiveness. You thrive in a collaborative environment, partnering with department leaders to align training initiatives with business goals and organizational strategy. You are comfortable communicating with global colleagues and are willing to travel within the US and internationally as needed.
In this role, you will manage all aspects of training programs, including scheduling, material preparation, and communication with participants. You will oversee the delivery of training, ensuring it is an engaging experience for all attendees. Monitoring and documentation will be key responsibilities, as you will track employee training progress in the Learning Management System (LMS). You will also design, develop, and update high-quality training materials for various delivery methods, including in-person, virtual, and e-learning. As a key resource for department leaders, you will ensure that training initiatives align with business goals and contribute to an exceptional customer experience. Collaboration with global colleagues will be essential to ensure alignment in initiatives and processes.
