Skillsoft is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to manage a portfolio of existing accounts and drive customer success through innovative learning solutions. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a focus on customer needs across Canada.
You are an experienced Account Executive with a proven track record in managing mid-market accounts. You have a strong ability to build positive relationships with customers and understand their workforce upskilling and reskilling needs. You are motivated and successful in exceeding quarterly and annual targets for retention and growth, including quota, GRR, NRR, cross-sell, and upsell for assigned accounts. You are adept at consulting with economic buyers and stakeholders to develop account strategies that align with customer needs. You leverage key customer and industry data points to drive success and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of their engagement with Skillsoft.
You possess excellent communication skills, both digital and in-person, allowing you to effectively engage with customers across Canada. You are skilled in generating, updating, and closing renewal and expansion opportunities, ensuring forecast accuracy and meeting targets. You provide guidance, tools, resources, and best practices across multiple Skillsoft products and solutions, ensuring each customer achieves measurable value from their investment.
Experience in the learning and development sector is a plus, as is familiarity with digital communication tools and customer relationship management systems. You are a team player who collaborates effectively with internal resources to meet customer needs and drive success.
